Hardwood frame with easy grip handles, with the centre holding glow in the dark liquid.

The Panels can be activiated by being left in bright light or sunshine and then they will glow when taken to a dark room. A wonderful sensory experience. 

Children will love to watch the glowing liquid swirl and flow as they twist and turn the panel. 15 minutes of sunlight will activate the panel to glow for approx. 6 hours.
